Terms and conditions for the goods purchased through All Things Rope.

Please read this document carefully before placing an order. By proceeding to place an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

How to contact us

We have different means in which we can be contacted. These are as follows.

  • Through our Facebook or Instagram pages
  • Via telephone 07387219910, sometimes we can solve any issues quickly via text
  • You should be contact back within 3 to 5 days unless we are on annual leave.

Delivery

All orders are custom-made to the specifications of the purchaser, this applies to all leads, collars, and lanyards. Therefore, please allow for up to 7 days after purchase before you receive a conformation email that your order has been made and is on its way to you. All orders are shipped first class Royal Mal on the day you receive notification so should be with you within 3 days. Please let us know if your order has not arrived with you after the 3 days.

Missing or Damaged goods

Although we take every care to make sure that all items arrive with you in pristine condition, there is the rare occasion where items can go missing or arrive with you damaged. If this sadly does happen, then please let us know so we can help to rectify the situation.

Returning Items

We are more than happy to accept returns. Please contact us using one of the above/below methods and let us know the issue. We can then provide you with a return address in which you can return your items, return address can also be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page. All items must be returned in the manner in which they were received. When returning items, the postage must be covered by yourself. When items have been returned, please attach a note which includes the issue with the item and an order number/ full name and address to help identify you and your order, a refund will be issued, or replacement lead made. After a refund has been issued it can take up to ten working days for it to appear in your bank.

Appropriate Use

When receiving your order from All Things Rope you are agreeing to use the items only as they are intended. This included never leaving a dog unattended while they are wearing a dog lead. If you have any questions on the best way in which to use the items, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you in any way possible. All products are checked before leaving our workshop, but it is important to check items when they arrive with you to ensure they are fit for purpose. It is important to notify us if you have any concerns with your order. All Things Rope cannot be held responsible for any product damaged because of improper use.

All our lead manufacturing process have been assessed to ensure consistently perfect end results and all leads are assessed against our rigorous standards before been shipped.

Website Use

Our website was designed by ourselves, and all information is correct to the best of our ability however sometimes mistakes can occur. In this instance we reserve the right to correct any errors as soon as they are found. Please verify any information that is provided via our website before any purchases are made. We will not be liable for any loss damage or injury due to any of the information from our website or the way that any individual interprets this.

Placement, Acceptance and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website (www.AllThingsRope.co.uk) or through our email address (Info@AllThingsRope.co.uk) and you are able to request alterations to your order at any time before checking out and making payment for the goods. You can also request changes to your order once it have been placed through our email service, but this is not always guaranteed, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders that have already been processed, made, or dispatched for delivery.

Due to us being a largely nonface-to-face business, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with us for any reason at our absolute discretion. This can be done both before and after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible if we find that to be appropriate.

By purchasing from us you agree that all the information that you have provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Please appreciate that we cannot be held liable for any delivery errors if you have supplied us with incorrect information.

We accept most credit and debit cards through our website and orders can be placed using PayPal. All orders must be paid for in full before goods are made and dispatched to you, All Things Rope does not store any credit or debit card information. Order information is recorded internally for our own records and analysis, no information is ever passed on or sold outside of our organisation.

International orders

For all international orders there is a slightly larger shipping charge. All international orders will be shipped using Royal Mail, any extra charges that may occur, i.e., VAT, processing fees, customs clearance etc, will need to be covered by the customer as there is no way for us to predict the destination country’s actions, laws, customs rules. It is in the customers best interest to investigate this before placing an order with us as we cannot be held liable for any costs, mistakes (if yours) or return fees.
